All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition nature of our jackets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

We want every Lioness to love the way her jacket fits. Size exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of confirmed delivery for size correction only.

To request a size exchange, you must contact Haus of Lioness within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery time. Exchange requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Size Exchanges

To qualify for a size exchange:

• The jacket must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• The jacket must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, stains, alterations or other signs of wear.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs associated with the replacement jacket, unless the exchange is due to an error by Haus of Lioness.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Haus of Lioness is not responsible for exchange packages lost or damaged in transit.

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we will work with you to determine what alternative options, if any, are available. An unavailable replacement size does not convert a final-sale purchase into a refundable purchase.

Quality Inspection

Every Haus of Lioness jacket is personally inspected by Lisa or Bristal prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Because our jackets feature sequin and embellished materials, slight variations in sequin placement, texture, color, or other handcrafted details may naturally occur and are not considered defects. Minor sequin loss can also occur with normal handling and wear and is inherent to embellished garments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your jacket arrived damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include clear photographs of the jacket, packaging and shipping label.

Please do not wear, wash, alter or remove the tags from the item while your claim is being reviewed.

Once reviewed and approved, Haus of Lioness will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or another remedy as appropriate.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Haus of Lioness Returns & Exchanges Policy, including our ALL SALES FINAL policy and 48-hour notification requirement for eligible size exchanges.
